Dan Simpkins is a father of four young sons and is on the road for Retro a lot!

When he's not sourcing fun and interesting items for Retro Antiques to be shipped to the warehouse, he loves to play baseball with his boys, and spend time with his loving wife Dolores, a former High School Beauty Queen and winner of the "Under The Sea Bake Off" an incredible seven times in a row!

Here's to you Dan. A swell guy that we love having on board.

They don't come much better at keeping our loyal customers happy than Jean Parker.

We knew early on we had a sharp cookie in Jean. She won the spelling bee in Junior High four years straight! What a gal. Having to spell "Mississippi" - Jeannie's home state - may have helped!

Jean's easy going nature and unwavering commitment to Retro Antiques makes her a star. Good for you Jeannie! We're so glad you're here…

Now here's a gal we just couldn't do without. Anyone need just about anything done? Just holler her name and Fay is always eager to assist in any way she
can. Fay Meriwether is our "Girl Friday" and what a gal she is. Hats off to you Fay!

Sam Slade hails from Boise, Idaho. He runs the publicity side of things and gets us maximum exposure just about wherever he can.

Sam used to box professionally and we reckon he could have been the Heavy Weight Champion Of The World seeing he cleaned up all the contenders back in his native Idaho before retiring early on. Too modest to brag about his past achievements though, these days Sam is quite content to let his smile get him winning results - and not his fists! A true gentleman. That's our Sam!

Now, here’s a swell kid…Meet young Joe Gillis Jnr. who knows a thing or two about Retro. His main loves though seem to revolve around playing catch, his dog “Spinner,” and eating candy after school! He helps around the warehouse after his lessons each and every afternoon, and certainly doesn’t mind rolling up his sleeves when required to do so.

Joe collects Baseball Cards, and follows the Yankees with much enthusiasm, listening to every game he possibly can via our trusty office wireless. We reckon he’d be Joe Di Maggio’s number one fan - Now that’s almost a certainty!

Folks, we are extremely pleased to announce our latest recruit - Miss Betty Schaefer. Betty hails from Chattanooga, Tennessee where she attended College and sang in front of a band to help put herself through college. She’s a real go getter, our Betty. Our customers just adore her. Talk about light up a room!

Currently, she is being trained by Retro Jack and is accompanying him on one of his longer road trips to get fully acquainted with our company from every possible angle. There isn’t anything Jack doesn’t know, so she’s in the best of care. Welcome aboard Betty and look forward to seeing you back in the office real soon.
