Pinball Machines

There is no defining reason as to why Retro Antiques only stock those “Old School” Pinball machines that many of us played during our childhoods…

These guys somehow just seem to have some soul attached to them, conjuring up many happy memories. So, I guess you can forget about ringing if you’re after anything produced after the late 70’s which is when it all started turning digital.

However, if you are keen to own one of the earlier fun players, then you’ve arrived at the right place…

Please scroll below to see what we currently have available… Please feel free to ring or email if you would like to know more…

Currently in stock:

“Bank-a-Ball” Gottlieb 1965 Pinball Machine

This is a great game for its era. This machine is in good condition and has great “fun parlour” type graphics on the playing field and back glass.

It also features back-box animation with miniature pool balls in the back-box dropping into view when targets are hit.

“Mibs” 1969 Gottlieb Pinball Machine:
Great game play with more difficult scoring the longer the game lasts. Time warped Hippie girls playing marbles at 1930’s style college on the backglass. (Girls didn’t play marbles at my college!)
Mibs was really popular in the late 60’s. Retro artwork is in lovely condition. A cute pinball machine with an Ivy League look about it. These single player wedgehead (cabinet style) with animation units (rolling marbles in the head) are among the most collectable of all vintage pinball machines. Mibs is one of the last Gottlieb’s with small flippers.

Machine

Here’s a cool one for the games room or office. The retro western artwork is loads of fun. “Sure Shot” was the last Gottlieb electromechanical single player wedge head machine…

Last of its kind in other words. Never to be the same after 1977 when pinball went digital.

Five balls per game to get all 15 pool balls to light one of three specials to win replays. Countdown bonus after each ball is drained.
