Gumball Machines
We
stock a varied range of original and highly collectable machines
ranging from the 1920s through to the 1950s.
The
majority of these are sourced through reputable contacts in
the USA and Europe. We only search for clean, original and fully
working machines.
These
coin operated gumball machines are ideal for any desk, kitchen
top or display cabinet. Simply insert a coin, twist the handle
and watch as either one, or a whole handful of your favourite
gumballs are dispensed in classic style.
For
those of us that aren't real fans of jaw-busting gumballs -
fear not, as our machines will happily dispense Smarties, M&Ms,
jelly beans, and other similar sized sweets. You can even turn
your gumball machine into a lucky dip just by mixing in your
favourite munchies!
Vintage
gumball machines make great display pieces, and collectors of
mechanical contraptions know that some machines can bring hundreds,
or even thousands, at auction.
The
most fragile part of a typical gumball machine is the glass
globe that holds and displays the multi-coloured balls. While
broken globes are often replaced, and restoration doesn't destroy
the value of a vintage machine, dedicated collectors pay the
most for original machines in excellent condition, with original
parts.
